 Robert Greer, MD
Cardiologist
Dr. Robert Greer received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and medical education from Louisiana State University Medical Center (LSUMC) in Shreveport. His postgraduate training included an internal medicine residency at Earl K. Long Medical Center in Baton Rouge.
Dr. Greer completed his cardiology fellowship in 2003 at LSUMC Health Science Center's Department of Medicine in New Orleans. Prior to joining the CIS team, Dr. Greer practiced cardiology in New Orleans.
In 2005, Dr. Greer joined Cardiovascular Institute of the South to serve as a staff cardiologist for the institution's Thibodaux clinic. He is board certified in internal medicine, cardiology, and nuclear cardiology. Dr. Greer has privileges at Thibodaux Regional Medical Center in Thibodaux and at St. Anne General Hospital in Raceland.
