Interventional Cardiologist
Dr. David Tadin is returning to Cardiovascular Institute of the South (CIS) in Lafayette after completing his interventional cardiology fellowship at University of South Carolina.
He previously worked at CIS in Lafayette for two years as a cardiology hospitalist.
Dr. Tadin holds a Bachelor of Science in biological sciences and a minor in chemistry from LSU in Baton Rouge. He earned his medical degree from the LSU Health Science Center in New Orleans, where he also completed his internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship, during which he was named chief fellow.
Dr. Tadin is certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, nuclear cardiology, and adult echocardiography. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology, the Louisiana State Medical Society, the American Medical Association, the American Heart Association, the American College of Physicians, the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, and the American Society of Echocardiography.
