Karen Golla is a nurse practitioner at Cardiovascular Institute of the South in Jennings.
Golla received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree in Nursing from McNeese State University in Lake Charles. She has a background in cardiovascular care, serving as a staff nurse and nurse practitioner at cardiology practices in Lake Charles for more than 20 years.
Golla is a fellow of the Society for Vascular Medicine and a member of the Preventative Cardiovascular Nurses Association and Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society. She is a cardiovascular team member with the American College of Cardiology. She also received the Outstanding Leadership and Research Award presented by McNeese State University College of Nursing.
